氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合保鲜剂对火龙果保鲜性能的影响

摘要 为了探究氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合保鲜剂对白肉火龙果的保鲜性能,本实验采用氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合保鲜剂和壳聚糖溶液在相同条件下对火龙果保鲜性能进行研究。结果表明,用氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合保鲜剂保鲜的火龙果在25℃下储存29d后,好果率为55%;失重率相对壳聚糖组上升趋势缓慢;可滴定酸含量下降的速度缓慢;可溶性固形物含量仅下降了4%。 In order to investigate the preservative performance of graphene oxide/chitosan compound preservative on white meat pitaya,in this experiment,the preservative properties of white meat pitaya under the same conditions was studied by using graphene oxide/chitosan compound preservative and chitosan solution.The results showed that after 29d of the graphene oxide/chitosan compound preservative preserved pitaya storage under 25℃,healthy fruit rate was 55%;Compared with chitosan group,the weight loss rate increased slowly.The titrable acid content decreases slowly.Soluble solids decreased by 4% only.
