镁合金及镁基复合材料搅拌摩擦焊研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 镁合金及镁基复合材料因其优异的性能在电子、汽车、生物技术、航空航天等领域具有广阔的应用前景,但是连接技术却成为制约其发展和工程应用的关键。本文综述了镁合金的焊接特性、搅拌摩擦焊的应用优势、近几年国内外镁合金及镁基复合材料搅拌摩擦焊的研究进展,总结了镁合金搅拌摩擦焊存在的问题和发展趋势。 Magnesium alloys and magnesium matrix composites have broad application prospects in electronics,automotive, biotechnology, aerospace and other fields due to their excellent properties. But the connection technology has become the key to restrict its development and engineering application. The welding characteristics of magnesium alloys, the application advantages of friction stir welding and the research progress of friction stir welding of magnesium alloys and magnesium matrix composites in China and abroad in recent years were reviewed. The existing problems and development trend of friction stir welding of magnesium alloys were summarized.
