熔模铸造镍基高温合金件热应力场的数值模拟研究 被引量:10

摘要 选用Inconel 718镍基高温合金航空发动机某铸件为研究对象,采用ProCAST软件对铸件的热应力场进行数值模拟,分析了铸件不同壁厚部分的尺寸变化和残余应力分布情况。使用MOGA-Ⅱ优化算法进行了多目标优化。优化结果表明,高温合金铸件的壁厚越薄,尺寸偏差越大,即变形越严重。而且铸件的形状结构越复杂,合金的收缩就会越容易相互制约,从而产生较大的残余应力。 A casting of Inconel 718 nickel-base superalloy aero-engine was selected as the research object, and the thermal stress field of the casting was simulated by ProCAST software. The size variation and residual stress distribution of different wall thickness parts of the castings are analyzed. The multi-objective optimization was carried out by using MOGAII optimization algorithm. The optimization results show that the thinner the wall thickness of superalloy castings is, the larger the size deviation is, that is, the more serious the deformation is. Moreover, the more complex the shape and structure of the castings, the easier the shrinkage of the alloy will be to restrict each other, resulting in greater residual stress.
