摘要 根据双列圆锥滚子轴承外圈的结构特点及生产实际,设计了内双锥度型、外双锥度型和外单锥度型3种不同形状的环坯,制定了3种成形工艺方案。在Simufact软件平台进行了轴承外圈成形全过程有限元模拟。结果表明:3种成形工艺方案均能获得合格的轴承外圈锻件;在制坯过程中,外单锥度型方案环坯锻造载荷最小。外单锥度型环坯为轴承外圈轧制用环坯的合理形式。 According to the structural characteristics and production practice of the outer ring of double row tapered roller bearing, three ring blanks with different shapes, including inner double taper type, outer double taper type and external single cone type, were designed, and three forming process schemes were worked out. The finite element simulation of the whole forming process of bearing outer ring was carried out on Simufact software platform. The results show that the qualified bearing outer ring forgings can be obtained by the three forming processes. In the process of blank making, the forging load of ring blank using outer single cone scheme is the smallest. The outer single cone ring blank is a reasonable form of ring billet for bearing outer ring rolling.
