超厚壁无缝T2紫铜管挤压的数值模拟及试制 被引量:2

摘要 为了制造一种大规格结晶器(坩埚)用的均匀、细小晶粒的超厚壁无缝T2紫铜管,采用Deform-2D模拟软件对坯料温度、挤压速度等挤压工艺参数进行模拟分析。结果表明:挤压过程中坯料经三向压应力后,坯料流经挤压模口与挤压筒上端区域的温度分布均匀、变形程度一致。根据模拟结果实际生产1支φ1065 mm×δ57 mm×5800 mm的超厚壁无缝T2紫铜管,产品整体晶粒均匀细小、一致,产品寿命是"锻造+套料"产品寿命的3倍以上。 In order to manufacture a kind of ultra-thick wall seamless T2 copper tube with uniform and fine grains for large size mould(crucible), the extrusion process parameters such as billet temperature and extrusion speed were simulated and analyzed by using Deform-2 D simulation software. The results show that the temperature distribution of the billet flowing through the extrusion die mouth and the upper end of the extrusion cylinder is uniform after triaxial compression stress, and the deformation degree is the same. An ultra-thick seamless T2 copper pipe with φ1065 mm×δ57 mm×5800 mm was actually produced according to the simulation results. The whole grain size of the product is uniform and fine, and the product life is more than 3 times of that of the "forging+trepanning" product.
