摘要
采用伺服压力测试系统对1 mm厚的7050铝合金薄板进行了杯突试验。主要研究了变形速度和温度对7050铝合金胀形性能的影响。结果表明:杯突值随胀形温度的增加呈现出先增加后降低的趋势;杯突值随变形速度的升高表现出先降低后增加的趋势;试件不同位置的晶粒结构经过杯突试验后有所不同。
The 7050 aluminum alloy sheet with 1 mm thickness was tested by using the servo pressure test system. The effects of deformation speed and temperature on the bulging properties of 7050 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that the cupping value increases first and then decreases with the increase of bulging temperature. The cupping value decreases first and then increases with the increase of deformation speed. The grain microstructure at different locations is different after cupping test.
