摘要
针对牙科修复技术领域的纯钛及合金铸造牙冠普遍存在的气孔、断桥等问题,提出一种全自动直流钨极氩弧点焊的方法对纯钛及合金铸造牙冠进行修复,解决了传统的电阻热焊接牙冠易变形的问题。介绍了牙科用全自动点焊装置的总体设计方案,焊枪的具体结构,装置的使用方法。研究结果表明,全自动点焊装置结构简单、引弧可靠、焊点可调、成本低廉,显著提高了牙冠修复的质量和效率。
Aiming at problems such as pores and broken bridges in pure titanium and alloy casting crowns in the field of dental restoration technology, an automatic DC tungsten argon arc spot welding method was proposed to repair the pure titanium and alloy casting crowns, and it solved the problem that the traditional resistance heat welding crown was easy to deform. The overall design of the dental automatic spot welding device, the specific structure of the welding torch and the using method of the device were introduced. The research results show that the automatic spot welding device has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable arc ignition, adjustable solder joints and low cost, which significantly improves the quality and efficiency of crown restoration.
