摘要
某天然气站压缩机出口处阀门袖管经磁粉检测发现表面环向裂纹缺陷。换管后,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试以及扫描电镜对缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,袖管表面缺陷为折叠,属于生产制造缺陷。
The surface circumferential crack defect was found by magnetic particle detection of valve sleeve tube at the outlet of compressor in a natural gas station. After changing the tube, the defects were analyzed by macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the surface defect of sleeve tube is folding, which belongs to production and manufacture defects.
