行星式椭圆形顶管机直接切削管片试验研究

Test Study on Planetary Elliptical Jacking Machine Cutting Segment Directly

针对宁波地铁联络通道的施工需要,选用了行星式椭圆形顶管试验机,并安装上十字刀对C40陶粒混凝土管片进行切削试验,分析了切削管片的效果、切削参数特征、刀具损伤等,试验发现在短时间内的切削过程中十字刀就已磨损严重。随后又设计了一种新型切削刀具,将其安装于行星式椭圆形顶管试验机进行试验,并对其进行同样的分析,试验发现新型切削刀具对C40陶粒混凝土切削性能良好但刀座出现磨损,针对出现的磨损问题,对刀具进行改造,将新型刀具刀头安装在一个可自旋的刀座上改造成一把可自旋转的刀具。研究结果表明:十字刀并不适用于C40陶粒混凝土管片的切削;新型刀具三齿复合片刀头的切削性能良好但未改进前刀座磨损严重的情况;加入自旋刀座改进后,切削性能进一步加强且磨损较小,改进后的刀具能适用于C40陶粒混凝土管片的切削。

A planetary elliptical pipe jacking test machine was selected for the Ningbo subway communication channel.The planetary elliptical pipe jacking test machine was selected and a cross-knife pair was installed in the test machine to cut C40 ceramsite concrete segment.The effect of the cutting segment,the cutting parameter characteristics,the tool damage was analyzed.The cross knife wears badly during cutting in a short time in the experiment.A new cutting tool was designed and installed on the planetary elliptical tube to test cutting performance and analyze the same parameters.The cutting performance of the new cutting tool for C40 ceramsite concrete is fine in the experiment.However,the tool holder is worn out.In order to solve this problem,the knife is modified by installing the new cutting tool on the spin knife holder to transform it into a spinning knife.The results show that the cross knife is not suitable for the cutting of C40 ceramsite concrete segment;the cutting performance of the tridentate composite cutter head is good but the front tool seat is seriously damaged before improved.After the addition of the spin knife holder,the cutting performance is further enhanced and the wear is less.The improved cutting tool is suitable for the cutting of C40 ceramsite concrete segment.
