摘要
电网故障跳闸已成为影响城市供电可靠性的重要因素之一。从不同电压等级、故障原因和专业类型3个维度分析了电网故障,详细讨论了不同专业类型的故障特点,明确了故障压降的重点方向和主要治理措施,为提高供电可靠性和优质服务水平提供保障。以上海市松江区电网故障治理过程为例,探讨了架空线路全绝缘化改造在防治小动物和外部异物短路的作用,并验证了全绝缘化改造的必要性和紧迫性。
Power grid fault trip has become one of the important factors affecting the reliability of urban power supply. This paper analyzes the causes of power grid faults from three dimensions of different voltage levels, direct causes of faults and professional types, discusses the fault characteristics of different professional types in detail, and identifies the key direction and main governance measures of fault voltage drop, so as to guarantee the improvement of power supply reliability and good-quality service. Taking the fault control process of power grid in Songjiang district of Shanghai as an example, it discusses the effect of full insulation transformation of overhead lines in preventing short circuit caused by small animals and external foreign matters, and verifies the necessity and urgency of full insulation transformation.Power grid fault trip has become one of the important factors affecting the reliability of urban power supply.
