摘要
基于含风电的发电系统运行可靠性的评估方法和时序蒙特卡洛法,应用Matlab编程对多种风电渗透率的电力系统可靠性进行了评估。可靠性指标选用了LOLE、LOEE、LOLF。仿真结果显示,随着风电渗透率的增加,所有可靠性指标均有所上升,即系统可靠性下降。但在规定常规机组切除原则后,同种渗透率下可靠性有所改善。
Based on the evaluation method of the operating reliability of the power generation system with wind power and the time-series Monte Carlo method, the reliability of the power system with various wind power penetration rate was evaluated by Matlab programming. LOLE, LOEE and LOLF were used as reliability indexes. The simulation results show that with the increase of wind power penetration rate, all the reliability indexes increase, that is, the system reliability decreases. However, the reliability of the same penetration rate was improved after the principle of conventional unit resection was stipulated.
