摘要
近些年,国内火电机组正在全面推进超净排放,烟气排放中的粉尘含量是一项非常重要的环保指标,为此很多火电企业都进行了超净排放改造,降低电除尘进口的烟气温度以保证粉尘的捕捉率,另外将原来的静电除尘改造为高频电源以增强电除尘效率。结合高频电源的控制特性以及实际运行情况,分析了高频电源在低低温电除尘中的运行工况,并找出了最为高效且经济的运行方式。
In recent years, the super clean emission is comprehensively promoted for the domestic thermal power units, in which the dust content in the flue gas emission is a very important environmental protection index. Therefore, many thermal power enterprises have carried out the super clean emission transformation, reducing the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the electrostatic precipitator to ensure the dust capture rate. In addition, the original electrostatic precipitator has been transformed into a high-frequency power supply to enhance the efficiency of electric dust removal. Based on the control characteristics of high frequency power supply and the actual operation, this paper analyzes the operation conditions of high frequency power supply in lower temperature electric dust removal, and finds out the most efficient and economic operation mode.
