高效便利的电力接入是地区营商环境的重要体现。以2018年3月发布的《低压业扩客户办电实施细则》为依据,国网上海市电力公司投资建设的低压业扩配套项目为例,建立了低压业扩配套项目投资后评价体系,可为以后的后评价工作提供依据,建议将低压业扩工程后评价工作日常化,定期每年开展上一年度工程的后评价工作。

Efficient and convenient access to electricity is an important manifestation of regional business environment. Based on Implementation Rules for the Low-Voltage Business Expansion released in March 2018, as well as the case study of support project for low-voltage business expansion invested and constructed by Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company, a post evaluation system is formulated for ow-voltage business expansion support project, which can provide a basis for the future post-evaluation work. It is suggested that the post-evaluation work of low-voltage business expansion projects should be made daily, and the post-evaluation work of the previous year should be carried out regularly.
