摘要
电费差错诊断是电费管理中的重要一环,既能确保供电企业效益不受损,维持供电企业长期稳定的运营,也能维护客户的合法权益,提升客户服务感知。电费差错诊断与客户的相关行为有关联,对客户差异化行为进行大数据分析,将客户细分为不同的类型,并制定配套的电费差错诊断政策,从而提升电费差错诊断工作的精准度和质量。
Error diagnosis of electricity charges is an important part of electricity charge management, which can not only ensure the benefit of power supply enterprises, and maintain the long-term and stable operation of power supply enterprises, but also protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers and improve the satisfaction of customer service. Electric bill error diagnosis is related to relevant behaviors of customers. This research conducted big data analysis on differentiated behaviors of customers, subdivide customers into different types, and formulate supporting electric bill error diagnosis policies, so as to improve the accuracy and quality of electric bill error diagnosis.
