摘要 神经元活性和学习活动可以调控成年少突胶质细胞的新生,但其功能意义尚不清楚。本文总结近一年来关于少突胶质细胞及髓鞘形成参与学习记忆功能的最新研究进展,探讨少突胶质细胞及髓鞘形成参与学习记忆功能的证据、少突胶质细胞基因表达变化与阿尔兹海默症病程的密切关系,以及少突胶质细胞及髓鞘形成引起学习记忆与认知障碍的药物治疗,并分析了现有研究的不足与未来发展趋势。 Neuronal activity and learning can regulate the adult oligodendrogenesis.However,functional significance of this regulation remains not fully clear.Here,we reviewed the most recent progresses in the field of oligodendrocytes and myelination involved in learning and memory.Firstly,we introduce the evidence demonstrating that the oligodendrocytes and myelination are involved in learning and memory.Secondly,we show the gene expression changes of oligodendrocytes,which are closely associated with the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.Third,we introduce a few of drug administration which are used to promote oligodendroglial differentiation and myelination and to rescue impairment of learning and memory.At last,we analyze the shortage of current research and propose the trend for future researches.
