摘要
随着目前科技不断的发展,各领域对材料性能的要求越来越高。传统的金属材料已经无法满足社会发展的需要,研究者们把目光集中到了金属基复合材料上。金属基复合材料(MMCs)是可为广泛的工程应用提供量身定制的性能组合的材料,由软金属基体和硬增强粒子组成。对铝基复合材料的制备工艺研究进展进行了简述,分别对固-固法、固-液法、气-液法等方法进行介绍,概括了每种方法的基本原理,分析了它们的优缺点,同时对其今后的发展前景作了展望。
With the development of science and technology,the requirement of material properties is much higher in various fields.Traditional metal materials have been unable to meet the needs of social development.Researchers have focused on metal matrix composites.Metal matrix composite(MMCs)is a kind of material which can provide customized performance combination for a wide range of engineering applications.It is composed of soft metal matrix and hard reinforced particles.The progress in the preparation of aluminum matrix composites was reviewed.The methods of solid-solid method,solid-liquid method and gas-liquid method were introduced respectively.The basic principles of each method were summarized,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,and the prospect of their future development was prospected.
