"十三五"浙江省艾滋病防治进展与对策的思考

Consideration on the progress and countermeasure of HIV/AIDS comprehensive intervention in Zhejiang Province during the 13th Five-year Plan period

依照国家"十三五"艾滋病防治工作行动计划提出的到2020年实现"3个90%"的防治目标,浙江省采取了以"扩大检测发现、扩大宣传干预、扩大规范治疗"为核心的综合防治策略,全省艾滋病防治工作取得了明显的进展。但是近几年来随着防治工作的深入,全省艾滋病流行特征和流行因素出现了许多新的变化,艾滋病综合防治策略的实施也出现了许多深层次的复杂性问题。此文对全省当前艾滋病防治工作提出相应的三个方面对策建议,以期为提升防治工作的实效提供借鉴。

According to the HIV/AIDS 90-90-90 goal by 2020 presented in the national HIV/AIDS action plan during the 13th Five-year Plan period,the comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention strategy of"expending HIV/AIDS testing,extending propaganda and intervention,and expending standard highly active antiroviral therapy(HAART)"was made in Zhejiang.Although the provincial work of HIV/AIDS prevention and control have achieved remarkable progress,the epidemiological characteristics and epidemic factors of HIV/AIDS has changed in this period,and many complex and diverse problems appear in the progress of the strategy implementation.In this article,suggestions in three aspects are put forward to provide references for promoting HIV/AIDS comprehensive intervention.
