天麻钩藤饮多糖的提取与分离纯化研究

Study on Extraction and Purification of Polysaccharides from Tianma gouteng yin

目的:优化天麻钩藤饮多糖的提取与分离纯化工艺。方法:采用单因素试验优化天麻钩藤饮多糖的提取与分离纯化。结果:天麻钩藤饮多糖最优提取条件为以1∶20的料液比提取4次,每次40min;酶法去除蛋白质的最佳工艺为以0.8%的酶用量,pH=7,在50℃下酶解40min;SephadexG-100柱层析法分离得到9种不同组分。结论:该实验通过对天麻钩藤饮多糖提取及分离纯化的条件优化,为天麻钩藤饮及天麻钩藤饮多糖的开发利用提供了依据。

Objective:Optimization of extraction and separation purificationtechnology of polysaccharides from Tianma gouteng yin.Methods:Optimization of extraction,isolation and purification of polysaccharides from Tianma gouteng yin by single factor test.Results:The optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Tianma gouteng yin are extracting four times with a material-liquid ratio of 1∶20,each time 40 min;the best process to remove protein by enzymatic method is to use 0.8%enzyme dosage,pH is 7,50℃and hydrolyze 40 min;SephadexG-100 column chromatography was used to fractionate 9 different components.Conclusion:In this experiment,the conditions for the extraction and purification of polysaccharides from Tianma gouteng yin were optimized to provide a basis for the development and utilization of Tianma gouteng yin and polysaccharides from Tianma gouteng yin.
