摘要
目的:观察太极拳对不同压力水平女大学生的压力及其负性情绪的影响。方法:招募104例在校女大学生,分为高压力组(n=47)和正常压力组(n=57),进行持续6周,5次/周,共30次的太极拳练习。干预前和干预6周后采用中文版压力知觉量表(CPSS)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)和中文版情感量表(CAS)评定其压力水平和其负性情绪水平。结果:干预6周后,高压力组的CPSS及DASS-21的抑郁、压力的评分较干预前明显下降且优于正常压力组(P<0.05)。结论:太极拳可以改善女大学生的心理压力及相关负性情绪,对高压力的大学生改善更明显。
Objective:To observe the impact of TaiChi on the psychological stress and stress-related negative emotions of female college students with different stress levels.Methods:A total of 104 female college students were randomly recruited and were divided into the high stress group(n=47 cases)and normal stress group(n=57 cases).Both of two group participants were received TaiChi intervention for 30 sessions.The CPSS、DASS21 and CAS scales were used to assess psychological stress levels and stressrelated negative emotional states of prepost intervention.Results:After 6 weeks of intervention,the CPSS scores and the depression and stress scores of DASS21 in the highpressure group were significantly lower than those before intervention and were better than those in the normal pressure group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TaiChi exercise can improved the psychological stress and stress’s related negative emotions of female college students,and may more effect to the high stress college students.
