深刺夹脊穴至神经根治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Deep Spurting Jiaji Points to Nerve Root

目的:观察深刺夹脊穴至神经根治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取就诊于应急总医院针灸科门诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,并按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组各30例,通过对夹脊穴针刺的不同深度,结合JOA和VAS评价指标,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:研究组患者总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组患者的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者JOA、VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:深刺夹脊穴至神经根在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面较常规针刺深度疗效更优,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of deep tingling Jiaji points to nerve roots in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected from the acupuncture department of the emergency general hospital.The selected patients were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method.JOA was combined with different depths of acupuncture at Jiaji points.And VAS evaluation indicators,compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%;the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%;the difference between the two groups before and after JOA and VAS treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep thorn Jiaji points to nerve roots have significant therapeutic advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation compared with conventional depth.It is worthy of further research and discussion,and is popularized in clinical treatment.
