身痛逐瘀汤对于腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后残余痛的临床价值研究

Value of Shantong Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Residual Pain after Intervertebral Foramen Surgery for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探究身痛逐瘀汤在腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后残余痛的临床价值。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后残余痛患者80例,将其随机分为对照组与治疗组各49例,对照组予塞来昔布治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服身痛逐瘀汤。两组患者均连续治疗4周,疗程结束后随访,观察比较治疗3个月后的疗效,以及两组治疗前后VAS、ODI的变化情况。结果:两组治疗后3个月,疼痛VAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组疼痛VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组ODI指数均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组ODI指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后残余痛,可明显缓解疼痛,有效提高患者的生活质量,体现出良好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Shitong Zhuyu decoction in residual pain after intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:80 patients with residual pain after intervertebral disc herniation were randomLy divided into control group and treatment group,and the control group was treated with celecoxib.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Shitong Zhuyu decoction,followed up after 4 weeks of treatment,and the curative effect of 3 months of treatment was compared.The changes of VAS and ODI before and after treatment were taken as reference indexes.Results:Three months after treatment,the pain VAS score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the pain VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The ODI index in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P <0 05),and the ODI index in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0 05).Conclusion:Shentong Zhuyu decoction is worth popularizing in the treatment of residual pain after intervertebral disc herniation,which is worth popularizing.
