霍山石斛口服液降血糖作用临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hypoglycemic Effect of Dendrobiumhuoshanense Oral Liquid

目的:观察霍山石斛口服液对糖尿病患者的降血糖效果。方法:采用组内和组间两种对照设计,并按随机盲法将116例糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,每组58例,观察组服药霍山石斛口服液,对照组服药安慰剂,观察周期60天,检测分析服药前后相应指标。结果:观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、服药前后的差值以及降低率与对照组相比,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组服药后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖指标,血糖下降43例、无效13例,有效率为76.79%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组血糖降低的有效率明显优于对照组;观察组口渴多饮、多尿、倦怠乏力改善情况(有效率分别为42.00%、50.00%、48.08%)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);受试者的安全性指标均未见明显变化或异常现象。结论:霍山石斛口服液具有显著降血糖作用,且安全性较高。

Objective:To study the hypoglycemic effect of Dendrobiumhuoshanense oral liquid on diabetic patients.Methods:Two control designs were used within and between groups,and 116 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Dendrobiumhuoshanense oral liquid and the control group was treated with placebo.The observation period was 60 days.The corresponding indicators before and after taking were detected and analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in fasting glucose,2 hpostprandial plasma glucose,the difference before and after taking,and the reduction rate between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The fasting glucose and 2 hpostprandial plasma glucose in the observation group decreased significantly before and after taking.In the observation group,43 cases were effective in reducing blood glucose,and 13 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 76.79%,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of blood glucose reduction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The improvement effect of thirsty and polydipsia,polyuria,fatigue(the improvement rate were 42.00%,50.00%,48.08%,respectively)was significantly better than that of the control group.None of the subjects’safety indicators showed significant changes or abnormalities.Conclusion:Dendrobiumhuoshanense oral liquid has significant hypoglycemic effect and high safety.
