中药作用于AMPK信号通路降糖机制研究进展 被引量:6

Research Progress of the Hypoglycemic Mechanism of AMPK Signaling Pathway Affected by Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目前研究证实多种药物通过AMPK信号通路来达到治疗糖尿病的目的。中医药学一直被视为中国的传统医学,至今有多种方药及方剂在医治糖尿病的过程中发挥着本身独特作用,利用中药联合西药如二甲双胍等一些降糖药物可以针对不同的糖尿病证型进行一对一的治疗,使降糖效果更加彻底,近些年来研究中药降糖机制多从体内多种AMPK信号通路方向进行研究,通过这些信号通路来阐释中药的降糖机制,中药单味有效成分、中药复方制剂都可通过这一途径发挥降糖作用。 Current studies have demonstrated that various drugs can achieve the goal of treating diabetes through AMPK signaling pathway.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been regarded as a traditional Chinese medicine,still have a variety of syndromes and prescriptions in treating diabetes itself unique role in the process,use of TCM plus western medicine some oral glucose-lowering drugs such as metformin can according to different type the one-on-one therapy,the hypoglycemic effect is more complete,more than in recent years to study the hypoglycemic mechanism of Chinese medicine from the body a variety of AMPK signal path direction for research,through the signal pathway to interpret the hypoglycemic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and single Chinese medicine effective component,Chinese medicine compound preparations can play a role of hypoglycemic by this way.
