The Priority of Neighboring and the Over Cutting of Land: the Issues of "Calling", "Pushing" and "Receiving" in the Contract of Guangxi in the Middle and Late Qing Dynasty

广西清代后期契约中的"召"传承了明代契约的形式,体现了民间交易中的房亲和四邻的优先受让权,也是自宋以来"问帐"制度的延续。"推"和"收"是土地推收与过割的重要制度。新发现的的"收单"和"除单"是这一制度的见证。

"Calling" in the contract in the late Qing Dynasty of Guangxi inherited the form of the contract in the Ming Dynasty, embodied the priority of the house and its neighbors in the non-governmental transaction, and was also the continuation of the system of "asking for account" since the Song Dynasty. "Pushing" and "Receiving" are important systems of pushing and cutting land. The newly discovered "receipt" and "cancellation" are the witness of this system.
