左右江苏区土地革命再探讨--以东兰、凤山县为中心

Reinvestigation of the Agrarian Revolution in Revolutionary Base Area in the Zuo Jiang and You Jiang Region--Taking Donglan and Fengshan Counties as Examples

土地革命战争时期左右江苏区政府结合实际出台了"土地法暂行条例"和"共耕条例"等土地政策,为实行土地革命提供了依据。在苏区的东兰、凤山县由于组建了较系统的中共组织,在党组织领导、党员的发动下,这两县土地政策执行较为顺利,土地革命成效显著。这体现出基层党组织和党员在政策执行中的关键作用,对当前广西的精准扶贫也有重要启示。

During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the government of Left and Right River Chinese Soviet Area issued land policies such as "Interim Regulations on land law" and "Regulations on Co-cultivation", which provided the basis for the implementation of agrarian revolution. In Donglan and Fengshan counties in the Soviet Area,due to the establishment of a more systematic CPC organization, under the leadership of the party organization and the launch of Party members, the implementation of land policies in these two counties is relatively smooth, and the land revolution has achieved remarkable results. This reflects the key role of grass-roots party organizations and Party members in the implementation of policies, and also has important implications for the current targeted poverty alleviation in Guangxi.
