近年来,新生代农民工政治参与问题已成为学界密切关注和深入探究的重要课题。新生代农民工作为城镇化和现代化进程的中坚力量,其政治参与的状况直接影响到国家民主政治建设的成效。为了提升新生代农民工政治参与水平,亟需遵循党的领导、公平正义、以人为本、实事求是、立法引导等基本原则,并从制度、教育、文化、社会、载体等层面入手,有效解决新生代农民工政治参与的体制机制、文化素质、社会认同、参与环境及媒介素养等难题。

In recent years, the political participation of the new generation of migrant workers has become an important issue of close attention and in-depth discussion in academic circles. As the backbone of urbanization and modernization, the new generation of migrant workers' political participation has a direct impact on the results of national democratic political construction. In order to enhance the level of new generation peasant workers' political participation, needs to follow the party's leadership, fairness and justice, people-oriented, seeking truth from facts,legislation guidance, such as basic principles, and from the system, such as education, culture, society, carrier level,effectively solve the new generation peasant workers' political participation mechanism of system, culture quality,social identity,and participate in the environment and the media literacy problems.
