毛细管电泳仪检出限的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty in Detection Limit of Capillary Electrophoresis

本文以维生素B6溶液为测量对象,对毛细管电泳仪检出限的不确定度进行了评定。给出了溶液多级稀释的评定方法。通过对各不确定度分量的计算得到了毛细管电泳仪检出限的合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。

Taking vitamin B6 solution as the measure,the uncertainty of detection limit of capillary electrophoresis was evaluated.The evaluation method of multi-stage dilution of the solution is given.By calculating each uncertainty component,the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty are obtained.
