There are undated references in the normative references in the implementation standard,and the latest version of these references is required.In the practical application of the implementation standard,the users of the standard cannot timely grasp the update of the normative references without date references.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and discusses the possibility of using Internet technology to repair this problem.
