本文研究了JJF 1318-2011《影像测量仪校准规范》中"测量间隔"的选取在实际应用中存在一定的问题,并对这些问题进行了分析、论证。根据实际检测经验以及论证结果提出了解决方案,为广大检测人员提供参考,便于在实际检测过程中对此类问题的解决,提高工作效率,保证量值的准确可靠。

This article studies the problems that may occure during the calibration of the imaging probe measuring machines based on JJF 1318-2011 Calibration Specification for Imaging Probe Measuring Machines,and analyzes and demonstrates of these problems.It provides solutions for the inspectors who may meet these problems in the actual inspection process based on practical experiences and the results of the demonstration,which can improve work efficiency,ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement.
