“双创”背景下大学生创业意愿及影响因素研究综述

Research Review on College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention and Influencing Factors under the Background of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation"

在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,创新创业成为当下经济发展的核心驱动力。而针对大学生创新意愿及影响因素的研究,已经成为学术界的热点问题,目前已有大量的研究成果。基于此,文章结合国内外文献对大学生创业意愿及影响因素进行文献综述。研究发现创业意愿的基本理论模型包括社会网络理论、自我效能理论、创业事件模型等,社会层面的影响因素主要是创业环境的五维度模型,个体层面的影响因素包括个体特质、自我效能感、家庭背景等。该研究有助于发现目前关于大学生创业意愿影响因素研究的主要方向,同时可以丰富研究视角、扩宽研究设计,为今后的创业实践做出相应指导。

Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", innovation and entrepreneurship have become the core driving force of current economic development. However, the research on college students’ innovation intention and influencing factors has become a hot topic in the academic circle. Based on this, this paper combined with domestic and foreign literature to conduct literature review on college students’ entrepreneurial intention and influencing factors. It is found that the basic theoretical models of entrepreneurial intention include social network theory, self-efficacy theory, entrepreneurial event model, etc. The influencing factors at the social level are mainly the five-dimensional model of entrepreneurial environment, and the influencing factors at the individual level include individual traits, self-efficacy, family background, etc. This study is helpful to find out the main direction of the current research on the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of college students, and can also enrich the research perspective,broaden the research design, and provide corresponding guidance for the future entrepreneurial practice.
