基于精细化管理理念的高校学生工作创新管理模式研究

Research on the Innovative Management Mode of College Student Work: Based on the Concept of Refined Management

基于问卷调查,对现阶段高校学生管理工作存在的问题进行了分析梳理。在此基础上,进一步对高校学生工作创新发展的精细化管理必要性和可行性进行了系统分析,进而从人员构成、目标设定、制度建设和管理实施四个方面,结合精细化管理理念,对高校学生工作的创新管理模式进行了构建研究。

Through questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes and sorts out the problems existing in the management work of college students at present, and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the innovative development of college student work-refined management. Based on this, combined with the concept of refined management, from the four aspects of personnel composition, goal setting, system construction and management implementation, the innovative management mode of college student work can be researched and structured.
