长白山软枣猕猴桃种质资源主要数量性状评价指标探讨

Variation and probability grading of the main quantitative characteristics of wild Actinidia arguta germplasm resources in Changbai Mountain

为更好地评价长白山境内野生软枣猕猴桃[Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc)planch.ex Miq]种质资源,对长白山境内11个取样点的73份软枣猕猴桃果实和叶片主要数量性状进行统计分析和分级。根据K-S正态性检验及频率分布对野生软枣猕猴桃的单果质量、果形指数、可溶性固形物(SSC)、可滴定酸、维生素C、果实扁平度、叶形指数7项数量性状进行分级。结果表明:软枣猕猴桃的可滴定酸含量变异系数最大为32.20%,扁平度最小为5.93%。经K-S正态性检验,软枣猕猴桃性状均呈正态分布,最后参照郎彬彬采用的等组距离法,依据性状数值频率的分布,提出了5级数量性状分级标准,每个级别提出2个参考种质,为野生软枣猕猴桃资源描述的规范化、标准化提供理论参考。

For better analysis and evaluation of the germplasm diversity of wild Actinidia arguta in Changbai Mountains,establishing the normalization and standardized evaluation system of Actinidia arguta as soon as possible,the main quantitative traits of 73 fruit and leave samples of Actinidia arguta collected at 11 sampling places in Changbai Mountain were statistically analyzed and graded.By measuring the single fruit quality,fruit shape index,soluble solid content(SSC),titratable acid,vitamin C,flatness and leaf shape index of wild Actinidia arguta,the quantitative traits were ranked according to the K-S normality test and the frequency distribution.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of titratable acid content of Actinidia arguta was 32.20%,the flatness was 5.93%.According to the results of K-S normality test,most of the traits of Actinidia arguta showed a normal distribution.Finally,based on the analysis results,a grading standard of 5 quantitative traits with two reference germplasm at each level were proposed.It provides a theoretical reference for the standardization and normalization of wild Actinidia arguta resource description.
