摘要
铺轨基地是保证铁路建设顺利实施的大型临时工程,其场地选址的优劣对整体工程的投资造价、工期计划产生重要的影响。本文首先采用层次分析法对铺轨基地选址的影响因素进行系统分析,构建铺轨基地的选址评价体系并计算指标权重。并应用于某新建高速铁路,计算综合评价指标,为大临工程选址提供理论依据。
Railway tracklaying base is a large-scale temporary project,which could ensure the successful implementation of railway construction. The site selection has an important impact on the investment cost and construction schedule of the whole project. In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process( APH) is firstly used to systematically analyze the factors affecting the site selection of the tracklaying base. the evaluation system is then built and the index weight is calculated. It is applied to a new-built high-speed railway to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index and provide a theoretical basis for the site selection of large-scale temporary project.
