Research on the Design of University Dormitory Space Variability and Industrial Construction--Design of Industrialized Residential Buildings Based on the Concept of Open Building(2)

现今,学生的学习、生活模式呈现出多元、互动、变化的特征,因此,高校宿舍的功能空间需要有一定的灵活性和可变性。文章结合对同济大学嘉定校区宿舍区的调研,针对学生的需求,对寝室单元的组织模式与可变性设计进行探索,最后尝试了工业化建造技术在宿舍建筑中的应用,以此实现高校宿舍的灵活适应性。

Today’s students’ learning and living mode presents the characteristics of diversity,interaction and change,so the functional space of college dormitories needs some flexibility and variability.This article combines the investigation of the dormitory area of Jiading campus of Tongji University,explores the organizational model and variability design of dormitory units according to the needs of students,and finally attempts to apply the industrialized construction technology in dormitory buildings to achieve the flexibility and adaptability of dormitories.
