摘要
《进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》及《城市居住区规划设计标准》的出台,进一步推广了开放街区模式,强化了公共空间场所营造。居住区公共空间从封闭向开放的转变,使如何协调居住区私密与开放属性之间的矛盾显得尤为重要。文章以成都大天府公园城市龙泉驿区柏合新中心城市设计为例,通过对居住区公共服务设施特点的梳理,构建多元化居住区公共空间体系,探索开放模式下公共空间布局新模式。
The release of Opinions on Further Strengthening Urban Planning and Construction Management and Planning and Design Standard for Urban Residential Areas further promotes the mode of open blocks and strengthens the construction of public space.The change of public space from closed to open makes it very important to coordinate the contradiction between private and open attributes of residential areas.Taking the urban design of Baihe new center in Longquanyi District,Tianfu Park,Chengdu as an example,the article explores the new mode of public space layout under open mode by sorting out characteristics of public service facilities in residential areas and creating diversified public space system in residential areas.
