摘要
文章根据上海市住宅修缮工程的特点,以咨询单位的角度为出发点,从审核前准备、现场踏勘、工程量审核、单价审核、措施费用审核、规费税金审核等方面入手,对上海市住宅修缮竣工结算审核要点进行深入分析和探讨,并呼吁有关部门有意识地将事后的竣工结算审核改为全过程造价控制,让造价咨询单位提前介入,以避免此短板,从而更能确保造价的有效控制。
Based on characteristics of Shanghai housing repair project,from preparation before audit,site survey,quantities audit,unit price audit,measure cost audit,fees and taxes audit,etc.,the article conducts deep analysis and discussion on key points of settlement audit of Shanghai housing repair,and calls on the relevant departments to consciously change the post completion settlement audit into the whole process cost control,let the cost consulting unit intervene in advance to avoid this shortage,so as to ensure the effective cost control.
