miR-208a、H-FABP和IMA在急性心肌梗死中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微小核糖核酸RNA-208a(miR-208a)、心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)和缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)中的表达及意义。方法选取AMI患者85例为AMI组,选择同期体检健康者40例为对照组,检测其外周血中的miR-208a、H-FABP和IMA,比较AMI组与对照组上述指标的差异,并比较AMI患者PCI前后上述指标的变化情况。结果入院时miR-208a、H-FABP和IMA表达水平AMI组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经PCI治疗后AMI患者miR-208a、H-FABP和IMA表达水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AMI早期miR-208a、H-FABP和IMA显著升高,有助于早期诊断。
