基于全面质量管理思想的民族高校学情调查设计与现状分析

摘要 全面质量管理,是以整体质量为中心,以全员参与为基础,目的在于通过学生满意和相关利益者受益而实现成功的管理途径。将质量管理引入教育领域,将从整体上全面提升学情的综合满意度。民族高校学情集需求差异大、文化差异大、社会关注度高、政策导向性强等特征于一身。以大连某高校学情为调查对象,一方面对民族高校学情进行调查设计,另一方面基于该设计对民族高校现状进行分析,并基于此提出改善方向。基于全面质量管理思想的民族高校学情调查设计,不仅有助于深入了解民族高校现状,而且利于针对民族高校学生的复杂性提出适宜的对策建议。 Total quality management(TQM)is based on overall quality and is based on full participation.Introducing quality management into the field of education will comprehensively improve the overall satisfaction of the school. National colleges and universities have a wide range of needs, such as large differences in cultural needs, large cultural differences, high social attention, and strong policy orientation. Based on the above viewpoints, this paper takes the academic situation of an ethnic university in Dalian as the investigation object. On the one hand, it investigates the design of the national colleges and universities. On the other hand, it analyzes the current situation of the national colleges based on the design, and proposes the improvement direction based on this.This investigation can not only provide an in-depth understanding, but also help to propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions for the national college students.
