摘要
针对实验教学中平行板电容器测量真空电容率偏差较大的问题,提出了平行板电容器的修正模型.实验对极板的非平行性进行了研究,结合了边缘效应和分布电容.修正后的模型提高了真空电容率的测量精度,其偏差下降至0.6%以下.
A modified model of parallel plate capacitor is proposed to reduce the large deviation between the measured and the theoretical value of vacuum dielectric constant.By studying the non-parallelism of the plate and considering the edge field effect and distributed capacitance,the measurement accuracy of the vacuum dielectric constant is improved,and the deviation is reduced to less than 0.6%.
