摘要
盛京金融广场项目T2塔楼主体结构高度为298.89m,采用框架-核心筒组合结构体系。结构初步设计阶段进行了核心筒内墙不均匀布置、均匀布置,环向桁架方案、有限刚度加强层方案对比。结构弹塑性性能分析表明,结构设计时应重视框架二道防线作用、地震作用下的类共振反应等。本工程方钢管混凝土柱根据最新试验进展、理论研究成果进行设计,采取了高于规范要求的安全措施。
T2 tower of Shengjing Financial Plaza Project with height of 298.89 m adopts frame-corewall composite structural system. In the preliminary design stage of the structure, different schemes were compared including the corewall scheme with unevenly distributed inner wall, the corewall scheme with evenly distributed inner wall, ring truss scheme and the strengthened story scheme with limited rigidity. The elastic-plastic performance analysis of the structure shows that in the structural design, attention should be paid to the action of two lines of defense and resonance-like response under earthquake action. The concrete-filled square steel tubular column of the project was designed according to the latest experimental progress and theoretical research results, and safety measures higher than the requirements of the code were taken.
