摘要
人参属于五加科植物的根茎,是我国传统的名贵中药药材。人参具有很高的药用价值,其化学成分已逐步得到揭示。人参中含有丰富的蛋白,多糖及皂苷类物质。人参皂苷是人参中主要的活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗心肌缺血、抗衰老、改善记忆力等广谱的药理活性。本文主要对人参皂苷及其单体成分在肿瘤、神经疾病及代谢性疾病中的研究报道进行综述。
Ginseng belongs to the rhizome of the Araliaceae plant and is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine.Ginseng has a high medicinal value,and its chemical composition has gradually been revealed.Ginseng is rich in protein,polysaccharides and saponins.Ginsenoside is the main active substance in ginseng,and has broad-spectrum pharmacological activities such as anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-myocardial ischemia,anti-aging,and improved memory.This article reviews the research reports of ginsenosides and their monomer components in tumors,neurological diseases and metabolic diseases.
