天津对外投资的发展态势与风险应对

Development Trends and Risks Prevention of Tianjin’s OFDI

近年来,天津对外投资合作呈现一派新态势,民营企业占比提升、投资目的地增多、投资领域趋于多元化。虽然天津对外投资具有布局上契合国家规划、主体上自贸区主导、模式上产业园先行的三大特点,并具有全面提升对外投资合作的区位、产业及政策的三大优势,但企业在对外投资过程中可能面临潜在的商业、政治及文化风险。因此,为更好地促进天津对外投资的发展,政府要进一步给予境外投资企业更多的财力、智力支持;企业在国际市场竞争中要不断提高产品与服务的质量,并做好投资风险评估及应对预案。

In recent years, there are some new trends in Tianjin’s OFDI(Outward Foreign Direct Investment). The proportion of private enterprises is increasing and destinations as well as fields of investment tend to be diversified. Tianjin’s overseas investment has three characteristics:first, its layout conforms well to the national plan;second, its main body is dominated by the free trade zone;third, Tianjin adopts a development mode of "industrial-park-first". Besides, Tianjin enjoys advantages in terms of geographic location, industrial structure and policy support, which is helpful to comprehensively enhance its overseas investment cooperation. But for all these, it is still possible for enterprises to encounter risks in the commercial, political and cultural dimensions in the process of outbound investment. In order to better promote OFDI, the government should further give more financial and intellectual support to overseas investment enterprises. Meanwhile,enterprises should improve the quality of their products and services in international market and make good response plans of investment risk assessment.
