医患关系、工作满意度对昆明市宜良县某医院医务人员工作绩效的影响 被引量:11

Impact of Doctor-patient Relationship and Job Satisfaction on the Job Performance of Medical Staffs in a County-level Hospital in Kunming

摘要 目的:了解县级医院医务人员工作绩效状况,探讨医患关系与工作满意度对县级医院医务人员工作绩效的影响。方法:采用简单随机抽样的方法,对昆明市宜良县某医院354名医务人员进行调查。结果:不同性别、年龄、岗位类别和工作时间的医务人员在工作绩效上具有显著性差异(P<0.05);良好的医患关系与工作满意度对医务人员的工作绩效均有显著正向影响(P<0.001),且工作满意度在医患关系与工作绩效之间起部分中介作用(0.277)。结论:医患关系和工作满意度的提升对提高县级医院医务人员工作绩效具有重要促进作用。 Objective:To understand the job performance of medical staffs in a county-level hospital,and to explore the impact of doctor-patient relationship and job satisfaction on the job performance of medical staffs in the county-level hospital.Methods:A simple random sampling was conducted to investigate the 354 medical staffs of county-level hospitals in Kunming city.Results:The medical staffs of county-level hospitals with different genders,ages,job categories and working hours had significant differences in job performance(P<0.05).Good doctor-patient relationship and job satisfaction had a significant positive impact on the job performance of medical staffs in county-level hospitals(P<0.001),and job satisfaction played a partial mediating role between doctor-patient relationship and job performance,and the mediating effect was 0.277.Conclusion:The improvement of doctor-patient relationship and job satisfaction plays an important role in promoting the job performance of county-level medical staffs.
