摘要
武汉天河国际机场T3航站楼由主楼、指廊、登机桥及T2-T3连廊等建筑组成。各建筑区域的结构特点、地下情况、基础形式、基底标高不尽相同,且T3航站楼中部地下室有城铁地铁隧道下穿,形成共建区域,基础设计复杂,施工难度大。通过多桩型的试验桩工程及试验桩结果的对比分析,并结合各建筑区域的荷载分布和地下情况,整个T3航站楼分区采取不同桩型、桩径和桩长的桩基础设计方案。新型挤扩桩承载力高,沉降变形小,经济性好。经过多区域试验桩反复验证和研究,确定了在对单桩承载力需求较高的主楼范围采用新型挤扩桩,其他区域采用常规桩型;分析了工程桩设计与施工的重难点;通过分析工程桩检测成果数据,验证了桩基础设计的合理性。
Terminal T3 of Wuhan Tianhe International Airport is composed of main building, airside concourse, passenger bridge and T2-T3 corridor. The structural characteristics, underground conditions, foundation forms and base elevation of each building area are different, and there are five subway tunnels under the central basement of terminal T3, forming a joint construction area. The foundation design is complex and the construction is difficult. Through the comparison and analysis of multi pile test pile engineering and test pile results, combined with the load distribution and underground conditions of each building area, the whole terminal T3 area adopts different pile foundation design schemes with different pile types, pile diameters and pile lengths. The new squeezed-enlarged pile has high bearing capacity, small settlement deformation and good economy. Through the repeated verification and research of multi area test piles, the new type of squeezed-enlarged pile was used in the main building area with high demand for single pile bearing capacity, and the conventional piles were used in other areas;the key and difficult points of engineering pile design and construction were analyzed;the rationality of pile foundation design was verified by analyzing the data of engineering pile test results.
