摘要
方正金融中心主塔楼结构高度为230.80m,采用带加强层的框架-核心筒结构体系。外框架由圆钢管混凝土柱与实腹钢梁组成,核心筒采用钢板组合剪力墙,并在建筑避难层与设备层设置两道加强层以提高整体结构的刚度。重点介绍了该工程结构选型与特点、钢板组合剪力墙连接构造与特点、伸臂桁架与环带桁架的优化设置、整体计算结果等内容;结果表明整体结构主要指标满足规范要求,结构选型合理。
The main tower building of Founder Financial Center has a structural height of 230.80 m, and adopts a frame-corewall structural system with strengthened stories. The outer frame is composed of concrete-filled steel circular tubular columns and solid web steel beams, and the corewall adopts steel plate composite shear walls, and two strengthened stories are set at the building refuge story and the equipment story to improve the rigidity of the overall structure. The structural system selection and characteristics of the structure of the project were introduced emphatically, as well as the connection structures and characteristics of steel plate composite shear walls, the optimal setting of outriggers and belt trusses and the overall calculation results. The results show that the main indicators of the overall structure meet the requirements of the code, and the structural system is reasonable.
