Aloe vera is widely used in many fields because of its safety,effectiveness,and low toxicity.In recent years,more and more researches have been focused on the pharmacological effects and wound healing of aloe vera.The wound healing of diabetic patients is affected by various internal and external factors,which is a major difficulty in clinical treatment.Many current studies have found that aloe vera has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial effects,and could promote wound healing while reducing blood sugar.It has a two-pronged effect on the treatment of wounds in patients with diabetes.Therefore,aloe vera is expected to become a new choice for the treatment of diabetic wounds.
