银杏内酯注射液对阿尔茨海默病患者血清Aβ、BDNF水平和认知功能的影响

Effect of ginkgolide injection on serum levels of Aβ,bdnf and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的研究银杏内酯注射液对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平和认知功能的影响。方法115例AD患者依据简单随机法分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=59),对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银杏内酯注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效,血清Aβ、BDNF水平、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清Aβ、BDNF水平、MMSE、ADL评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清Aβ水平均下降,观察组低于对照组,两组BDNF水平、MMSE、ADL评分均上升,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏内酯注射液对AD的效果显著,能够调节血清Aβ和BDNF水平,提高患者认知功能,且无明显副作用。

Objective To study the effect of ginkgolide injection on serumβ-amyloid protein(Aβ),brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods 115 patients with AD were divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=59)according to simple random method.The control group was treated with donepezil.The observation group was treated with ginkgolide injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum Aβ,BDNF level,mini-mental state examination scale(MMSE),daily living ability(ADL)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum levels of Aβ,BDNF,MMSE and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum level of Aβin both groups decreased.The observation group was lower than the control group.The level of BDNF,MMSE and ADL scores in both groups increased.The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgolide injection has significant effect on AD,can regulate serum levels of Aβand BDNF,improve patients’cognitive function,and has no obvious side effects.
