随着高等教育市场化的深入,地方行业特色大学内部治理制度建构要适应市场经济的发展需求。我国高校内部管理体制虽经过多次变革,但也暴露出了许多制约其发展的短板。改革行政管理体制、提高工作办事效率势在必行。在多元发展视域下,构建迅速适应市场的决策机制、引入企业化管理逻辑、发展特色优势学科,应成为完善管理制度、提升学校层次的重要举措。

With the deepening marketization of higher education, the construction of the internal governance system of universities with local industry characteristics should meet the needs of the development of market economy. Although the internal management system of colleges and universities in China has undergone many changes, it also exposes many shortcomings that restrict its development. It is imperative to reform the administrative management system and improve the efficiency of work. From the perspective of multiple development, it has become an important measure to improve the management system and enhance the school level to construct a decision-making mechanism that can quickly adapt to the market, introduce the logic of enterprise management and develop the disciplines with distinctive advantages.
