摘要
高校暑期"三下乡"对乡村振兴战略的实施有重要意义。"三下乡"面临着时长压缩、内容虚化、重点偏移和难以持续等现实问题。这些与学校的组织管理水平、队员的思想认识层次、团队的客观准备态势、教师的指导协调能力、活动的客观现实境遇、利益的调节处置原则等有着密切关联。为了更好地服务乡村振兴战略,应明确认识以增强"三下乡"使命感,精准定位以增强针对性,着眼长远以增强持续性,优化团队以增强战斗力,及时转化以增强实效性,优化考核以增强价值性。
College summer activities of"Serving the Country People in Three Aspects"are of great significance to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,they have in practice such problems as duration being shortened,content being bleached,focus being deviated and sustainability being questioned.These problems are partially caused by the proficiency of school organization and management,the cognitive level of team members,the preparation of the teams,the ability of teachers to guide and coordinate,the objective environment of the activities,and the principle of interest adjustment and disposal.In order to better serve the strategy of rural revitalization,we should clarify our commitment to the activity,precisely target it,set up a long-term goal to enhance its sustainability,optimize the team to boost its effectiveness,and improve the assessment to enhance the value of the activity.
