“专题设计+主题演讲”:差异化参与性互动式教学探索 被引量:2

摘要 基于"专题设计+主题演讲"的差异化参与性互动式教学正在成为更多教师采用的授课方法,事实表明这种授课方法受到绝大多数学生的认可。师生在课堂上的互动过程也是博弈过程,师生彼此间都在不断进行评价,若师生的获得感超过了预期水平,就有主动增加课内投入的愿望,师生在相互激励中会进入良性循环的合作博弈状态,课堂教学效果会得到提升,在该过程中学生有责任首先增加教师的获得感。这种创新性教学方式虽然为教师广泛采用但不能一概而论,需要因学科专业、教师自身综合素质以及不同教学班的状况而有差别,使得教学过程真正体现出差异化。同时教师还需要在成绩评定、多元化教学手段以及课前准备等方面做好精心安排。 More and more teachers are resorting to a kind of differentiated,participatory and interactive teaching based on"Project Design+Keynote Address",which proves to be popular with the vast majority of the students.The teacher-student interaction in class is also a game process in that teachers and students evaluate each other constantly and that with the sense of gaining exceeding the expected level,they tend to increase their investment in class.With the mutual incentive,they enter the virtuous circle of a cooperative game and the classroom teaching effectiveness will be improved.Although this innovative teaching method is widely adopted,it should vary with different subjects,teachers’comprehensive quality and the condition of different classes,actually differentiating the teaching process.At the same time,teachers should elaborately design the performance assessment and diversified teaching methods.
